This policy explains how Raya Group Sp. z o.o. uses the information collected about you when you use the Raya Group Sp. z o.o. online store www.lumye.net (the “Website”) and when you communicate with us (our “Services”). It tells you where we obtain your data from and how we use the information we hold, including information collected using “cookies”. We collect information about you when you visit the Website and when you contact us.

Purpose

This information helps us get to know you better, which means we can use your preferences to create personalised offers of our products for you. The use of cookies allows us to improve the Website and the display of advertisements on the Website and on other sites.

Information is shared with our service providers where this is necessary to provide the service you have requested.

If you do not fill in the required fields or provide the information marked as required, we will not be able to respond to your requests.

Information we collect automatically

We automatically collect information about you when you visit or use the Website or make a purchase, in particular:

• Connection data: we collect information about the device you use to browse and use the Website (such as the operating system, browser type, whether you use proxy servers, the approximate location of your IP address to identify your computer, the duration of your visit, the pages visited and the link that referred you to the Website).

Browsing information (whether or not you are logged in): we may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Website or when we send you emails. This information allows us to infer your preferences for certain brands or products and to analyse how you interact with certain content. The information is collected whether or not you are logged in, and is the same regardless of the device you use. In addition, depending on the data we already hold, some forms may be pre-filled by automatically retrieving that data into the form.

On what basis and how do we use the information collected?

We collect personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so.

Important information about processing to prevent and manage payment incidents

As part of our fight against online fraud, information about your order and about the device used to place it (in particular the operating system, device location and whether a proxy server was used) is collected automatically with your consent and used to analyse your transaction in order to detect fraud and avoid unpaid amounts. It may be sent to any third parties as permitted by law or appointed by Raya Group solely to verify the identity of the Buyer, the validity of the order, the payment method used and the planned delivery. You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time; however, if you do not accept the cookies used to secure transactions, your order cannot be approved automatically and will be subject to manual verification. Proof of identity may be required to confirm the order.

We do not use personal data for purposes other than those for which it was collected, unless you approve such use at a later time.

What are “cookies”?
